DALLAS, Texas - A Texas judge has granted a couple's motion to remand, finding that that the defendants were incorrect in removing the plaintiffs' case on the basis that the wife's physician was improperly joined in their claim that Mirapex caused her compulsive gambling behavior. Rice, et al. v. Pfizer Inc., et al. No. 3:06-cv-0757 (N.D. Texas).
