Plaintiffs Entitled to Vaccine Injury Compensation, Judge Rules

WASHINGTON, D.C. - In reversing a special master's findings, a federal judge ruled that three out of five petitioners are entitled to compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program because they established a proximate temporal relationship between the hepatitis B vaccine and the onset of their autoimmune hepatitis (AIH).
