Reglan Injury Case Transferred to Tennessee

PHILADELPHIA - A Pennsylvania federal judge has transferred a Reglan injury case to Tennessee federal court, ruling that almost all of the operative facts giving rise to the action occurred in Tennessee. Copley v. Wyeth Inc., No. 09-722 (E.D. Pa.).
Over the plaintiff's objections, U.S. District Judge Gene E.K. Pratter further ruled that the factors of public interest and location of the witnesses weigh in favor of a Tennessee forum.
