ALBANY, N.Y. - A New York federal judge has refused to dismiss a vaccine injury case against Target Corp., Northstar Partnering Group and Summit Health Inc., ruling that it is unclear whether these companies acted as "vaccine administrators" within the meaning of the National Childhood Vaccine Act. Arakelian v. Target Corp., et al., No. 08-CV-970 (N.D. N.Y.).
