SAN FRANCISCO - A California federal judge refused to remand to state court a wrongful death action involving Children's Tylenol cold medication, ruling that the only defendant who resides in California cannot be held liable for negligence under California law. Vu v. Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical Inc., et al., No. C 08-5717 (N.D. Calif.).
