Tylenol Wrongful Death Case Transferred to Central District of California

SAN FRANCISCO - A California federal judge refused to remand to state court a wrongful death action involving Children's Tylenol cold medication, ruling that the only defendant who resides in California cannot be held liable for negligence under California law.
