SEATTLE - PPA MDL plaintiffs who failed to comply with Case Management Order No. 6, which required them to submit plaintiff fact sheets (PFS) to defendants 45 days after receipt, had their claims dismissed with prejudice by the federal judge overseeing the proceedings.
