Forum Motion Denied, Docket Created for 2nd Round of Oxycontin Cases

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. - A state court judge in New York has denied a defense motion to dismiss hundreds of Oxycontin personal injury cases brought by out-of-state plaintiffs, and has created a new docket for coordination of all pending and future claims concerning the drug.
