ORLANDO, Fla. - A federal judge has awarded summary judgment to AstraZeneca in what was to be one of the first Seroquel cases to make it to trial, determining that the plaintiff failed to provide sufficient causation evidence linking her diabetes to the drug. Guinn v. AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, et al., No. 07-10291 (M.D. Fla.).
