Canada Recalls Ephedra-Containing Products
icTendiche Canadian regulatory health agency has requested a recall of certain products containing ephedra, warning consumers that they pose a serious risk to their health.
photo-2Health Canada, the Canadian equivalent of the FDA, said in a statement issued Jan. 9 that following a risk assessment of ephedra-containing products, it has concluded that products containing the supplement should be recalled from all levels of the market, including retail.
