CHICAGO - The U.S. Court of Appeals found that the district court properly applied sentencing guidelines involving fraud offenses and properly calculated inventory value in its ruling against a warehouse owner whose facility was infested with rodents and with black mold growing inside a cooler and on meat and poultry products.
