NEW YORK - A New York Supreme Court judge said on Oct. 8 that both sides in Bianca Jagger's $20 million mold lawsuit against her former landlords have made little progress toward completing discovery and she gave them 90 days to complete discovery or face dismissal. Jagger v. Katz Park Avenue Corp., et al., No. 602947/03 (N.Y. Sup., N.Y. Cty.).
