Trial Set for Eviction-Turned-Mold Damages Case in Vermont

BENNINGTON, Vt. - Trial was scheduled for Jan. 23 in a case that started out as an eviction for unpaid rent and has turned into a damages case for mold-contaminated living conditions, according to the tenants' attorney.
