SANTA ANA, Calif. - A California appellate court has upheld the validity of a contingency agreement between mold plaintiffs and their former lawyer that resulted in a $70,942.22 judgment for the lawyer after a trial court hearing. Joelson v. Koberstein, No. G038727 (Calif. Ct. App., 4th Dist.).
