NEW YORK - A New York trial court has denied a law firm's motion to vacate summary judgment awarded to a former client and added nearly two years interest to a $447,198.67 net award for legal malpractice. 3 Cottage Place LLC v. Cohen, Tauber, Spievack & Wagner, No. 11803/05 (N.Y. Sup., N.Y. Cty.).
