VENTURA, Calif. - Tenants who had been renting a Camarillo, Calif., house have filed suit against the homeowners, alleging they knew about water intrusion and mold problems in the residence before the rental agreement had been signed and had concealed the existence of the problems with no intention of correcting them. Tyler Lester, et al. v. George Golden, et al., No. CIV 207680 (Calif. Super. Ct., Ventura Cty.).
