Building Subcontractors Successfully Move for Summary Judgment

SEATTLE - Subcontractor defendants in a construction defect case persuaded a Washington appellate court that their contracts with the builder provided unambiguous evidence that condominium owners were not intended third-party beneficiaries and, thus, could not maintain direct claims for alleged defects.
