CONCORD, N.H. - The New Hampshire Supreme Court has affirmed a damages award for a log-home builder who sued his clients for breach of contract and defamation after they blamed him for mold contamination and construction delays. Lassonde v. Stanton, et al., No. 2007-447 (N.H. Sup. Ct.).
The high court also ruled on Aug. 15 that builder Harold Lassonde III, who operates as Mountain View Construction, is entitled to attorney fees and remanded for further consideration of that claim.
