Mold Expert's Defamation Suit Scheduled for Trial Aug. 15

SAN DIEGO - Toxicologist Bruce J. Kelman's assertion that he was defamed in an online posting alleging that he "altered" trial testimony on his role in authoring versions of a widely cited mold position paper will get a hearing on Aug. 15 in a trial scheduled in San Diego Superior Court. Kelman v. Kramer, No. GIN044539 (Calif. Super. Ct., San Diego Cty.).
