icIendicn the past few years, mold has taken up more and more of Dr. Richard Shaughnessy's time. Shaughnessy is a member of The American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH), an organization concerned with the identification, investigation, remediation and control of biological contaminants. He was one of ten ACGIH members involved with the 1999 revision of Bioaerosols: Assessment and Control, widely considered to be the standard of care for the assessment and control of bioaerosols in workplaces.
