NEW YORK - A New York court has found a hospital facility in contempt and ordered it to remediate ongoing mold problems at a charitable dental clinic it leases office space to on Staten Island. Sisters of Charity Health Care System Nursing Home Inc. v. Miceli, No. 103896/2006 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., Richmond Cty.).
