La. Court Denies Summary Judgment on Tenant's Fraud Claims

NEW ORLEANS - A federal judge has denied a property owner's motion for summary judgment on fraud and rent abatement claims arising from mold discovered in an office, but denied the motion with respect to other claims related to the lease.
