LOS ANGELES - A California appellate court has affirmed judgment for an insurer accused of misrepresenting the amount of coverage available to the landlord in a lawsuit that was settled for what the tenants thought were the policy limits. Velez v. State Farm General Insurance Co., et al., No. B199091 (Calif. Ct. App., 2nd Dist.).
