WACO, Texas - A Texas appellate court has reversed summary judgment awarded to State Farm Lloyds, holding that a mold exclusion in a standard homeowners' policy doesn't apply to contamination from plumbing leaks. Page v. State Farm Lloyds, et al., No. 10-07-00228-CV (Texas. Ct. App., 10th Cir.).
