NEW YORK - A New York trial judge has held that links between mold and respiratory illness are sufficiently accepted in the scientific community and that two medical experts can testify for plaintiffs without the need for a Frye admissibility hearing. Friedman v. Madison 40 Assocs., et al., No. 29065/01 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., Bronx Cty.).
