MT. CLEMENS, Mich. - Romeo Community School District has been named in another lawsuit as a result of the existence of mold and subsequent remediation efforts at Washington Elementary School. According to a personal injury complaint filed Jan. 3, an elementary student suffered injuries because the school district did not remedy the existence of 'hazardous mold' in a timely manner. Meagan Allen, a minor, by her Next Friend, Garth Allen v. Romeo Community School District, No. 02-25-NI (Mich. Cir. Ct., Macomb Cty.).
