WILMINGTON, Del. - The Delaware Supreme Court on April 23 awarded summary judgment to landlords blamed for their tenants' alleged mold damages, saying it found insufficient evidence of causation. Campbell, et al. v. DiSabatino, et al., No. 256,2007 (Del. Sup. Ct.).

Although the high court affirmed the trial court's order in favor of the landlord defendants, it decided the case on different grounds, declining to address the issue of whether plaintiffs needed to provide an expert on standard of care (See HarrisMartin's Columns: Mold, May 2007).
