ST LOUIS - A federal judge has reversed the denial of Social Security benefits to a claimant and remanded the action because an administrative law judge failed to consider the plaintiff's testimony that her ability to engage in gainful activity was limited by her inability to tolerate mold and other allergens. According to the Aug. 30 opinion, the decision of the Commissioner of Social Security denying plaintiff her disability insurance benefits was not supported by substantial evidence.
