Ohio Appeals Court Vacates Judgment Against Mold Remediator

CINCINNATI - An Ohio Appeals Court has vacated a $3,000 judgment against a mold remediator for what it said was the trial court's adoption of a magistrate's decision without providing its reasons for denying the remediator's objections.
