SAN FRANCISCO - A California appellate panel has reinstated a personal injury suit dismissed in 2005 for plaintiff's failure to retain experts, saying the trial court abused its discretion in imposing sanctions because the plaintiff had substantially complied with the trial court's orders. Cheesman v. Vacaville Park Apartments, et al., No. A114588 (Calif. Ct. App., 1st Dist.).
