MADISON, Wis. - In a Dec. 18 decision, a Wisconsin appeals court agreed with the trial court's previous finding that, due to the existence of mold and mildew in a building that had been condemned, the costs of repair would exceed that mandated by Wisconsin statute, preventing the building owners from repairing rather than demolishing the building.
