Manufacturer Is Held Liable for Defects in La. Mobile Home

BATON ROUGE, La. - The Louisiana Supreme Court has ruled that a mobile home manufacturer is liable for construction defects that existed at the time the home was delivered to a reseller despite any other claims the purchaser might have.
