MIAMI - The family of a magistrate judge who died in 2006 from a pulmonary illness has asked a federal court to order the U.S. General Services Administration to turn over records and correspondence on mold contamination in the federal courthouse in Miami. Klein v. United States General Services Administration, No. 07-23404-CIV-Gold (S.D. Fla.).
