NEW YORK - A New York Supreme Court justice has ordered an admissibility hearing before ruling on challenges to two mold experts retained by Bianca Jagger in her personal injury lawsuit against her former landlord. Jagger v. Katz Park Avenue Corp., No. 060297/2003 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., N.Y. Cty.).
