icMendic any people try to build a verbal anchor as the case theme, repeating it early and often throughout. Sometimes, that is effective. Attorneys do well by developing a single, central theme and sorting which elements of discovered material will be used, which will be highlighted and how every bit of testimony and evidence should be managed to build up that central theme.
