NEW YORK - A New York court has dismissed numerous claims by a neighbor against actor Sean Connery and his family over repairs that allegedly led to water leaks, mold and other problems, but is allowing some claims for work that allegedly forced the neighbor to temporarily vacate his condominium. Sultan, et al. v. Connery, et al., No. 101986/07 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., N.Y. Cty.).
