CINCINNATI - A car owner who alleged personal injuries and financial hardship from mold that contaminated her vehicle while in storage failed to support either her claim for damages or causation, an Ohio appellate court ruled on Dec. 28. Cross v. Classic Collision Repair Inc., No. CA2006-12-106 (Ohio 12th App. Dist.).
Ohio's 12th Appellate District affirmed summary judgment for Classic Collision Repair Inc. and Sora's Towing on claims by Janice Cross that defendants failed to properly store her vehicle after an accident.
