FREEHOLD, N.J. - A New Jersey family that bought a mold-infested home is suing several defendants, including the real estate investment firm that readied the property for sale, claiming they conspired to cover up dangerous toxins in the home before putting it on the market. Cherry v. Four 'R' Investments, et al., No. L-5022 (N.J. Super. Ct., Monmouth Cty.).
