Court Reinstates Claims Against Home Sellers and Others

NEW YORK - A New York appellate court has affirmed summary judgment for a home inspector accused of failing to find mold before a home purchase but said the homeowners have presented sufficient evidence at the pre-answer stage to preclude dismissal of claims against the sellers and other parties.
