Court Won't Dismiss Claim by Worker Who Reported Mold, Other Contaminants

CHICAGO - A federal court has refused to dismiss a complaint filed by a municipal employee who claims he was silenced by town officials after revealing concerns that high levels of mold and other contaminants were making his colleagues ill.
