CHICAGO - A federal court has refused to dismiss a complaint filed by a municipal employee who claims he was silenced by town officials after revealing concerns that high levels of mold and other contaminants were making his colleagues ill. Richter v. Village of Oak Brook, et al., No. 01 C 3842 (N.D. Ill.).
