PHOENIX - An unspecified claim for bad faith damages is not enough to overcome the federal courts' "strong presumption" against removal if the case doesn't otherwise meet the court's monetary threshold, a federal judge said in remanding a mold coverage case to Arizona state court. Zibners v. Foremost Insurance Company of Grand Rapids, Mich., No. CV-07-8069-PCT-DGC (D. Ariz.).
