NEW YORK - A New York judge has granted a defense motion to dismiss a tenant's $6 million punitive damages claim but also denied numerous summary judgment motions by third-party defendants blamed for water damage and mold contamination in a furniture store. Vitra v. Soho House, et al., No. 118259/03 (N.Y. Sup., N.Y. Cty.).
