NEW YORK - A New York judge has ordered a condominium board to drop its demand that a unit owner halt litigation against the board in return for permission to retain its own contractor to complete repairs of water damage and mold from a water line break. WA Special 9 LLC v. Kilar, et al., No. 117356/06 (N.Y. Sup., N.Y. Cty.).
