Condo Owner Gains Only Partial Victory in Dispute Against Board

NEW YORK - A New York judge has ordered a condominium board to drop its demand that a unit owner halt litigation against the board in return for permission to retain its own contractor to complete repairs of water damage and mold from a water line break.
