PORTLAND, Maine - A three-judge arbitration panel has awarded the former operators of a Maine-to-Nova Scotia ferry service almost $1.2 million in rent rebates but rejected the company's $88 million claim for revenue the company claims it lost when it terminated service after a dispute over a mold-contaminated ferry building.
