DETROIT - Air Traffic Controllers at the Detroit Metro Control Tower filed a personal injury lawsuit on Sept. 14, alleging that the Federal Aviation Administration's efforts to remove workplace mold have failed and they are continuing to get sick as a result. Bennett, et al. v. MIS Corp., et al., No. 07-724015-NO (Mich. Cir. Ct., Wayne Cty.).
