BROWNSVILLE, Texas - A lawsuit filed in Texas is alleging that students, parents and staff at two schools are afflicted with Sick Building Syndrome (SBS) as a result of the schools' long-standing problems with mold contamination. Angel Castillo, et al. v. Carroll Dusang & Rand, Inc., et al., No. 2001-11-4959-C (Texas Dist. Ct., 197th Jud. Dist., Cameron Cty.).
