BEAUMONT, Texas - A Texas appellate panel has affirmed the decision by a trial court to exclude testimony by Dr. Andrew Campbell as unreliable under the state's admissibility rules. Gaudette, et al. v. Conn Appliances Inc., No. 09-06-444-CV (Texas 9th Dist. Ct. App.).
