CLEVELAND - An Ohio appellate court on Aug. 9 affirmed judgment for a landlord, ruling that tenants failed to provide any medical evidence of injury or other expert testimony on their alleged exposure to damp conditions and mold spores. Cesarespada v. Bandlow, et al., No. 88835 (Ohio Ct. App., 8th Dist.).
The 8th Appellate District also affirmed the judgment of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas on wrongful eviction, the only other remaining counterclaim by Joanne and James Bandlow against Anthony F.
