Oregon Hotel Owner Claims Defects Caused $1.65 Million in Mold-Related Damage

EUGENE, Ore. - A hotel owner has filed suit against the architect, contractor, subcontractors and manufacturers involved in building a Best Western Grand Manor Inn, seeking a total of $1.65 million in mold-related damages caused as a result of defendants' alleged negligence in designing and building the hotel. Meyer-Crest, Ltd. v. Richelieu, et al., No. 16-01-20677 (Ore. Cir. Ct., Lane Cty.).
