FRANKFURT, Ky. - The Kentucky Court of Appeals has reversed the commonwealth's retirement board and ordered disability benefits for a former school secretary who claimed that mold and other allergens in her school exacerbated her asthma and made it impossible for her to continue working. Ledford v. Kentucky Retirement Systems, et al., No. 2006-CA-001808-MR (Ky. Ct. App.).
