NEW YORK - A New York trial court allowed plaintiffs in a mold action to reargue the admissibility of expert testimony but reiterated her ban on causation testimony from Dr. Eckhardt Johanning because plaintiffs failed to demonstrate that his theories linking mold and illness are generally accepted in the scientific community. Fraser v. 301-52 Townhouse Corp., et al., No. 113586/02 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., N.Y. Cty.).
